You won&#39;t just be &#34;running&#34; HR processes; you will be architecting the talent strategy that enables our mission to empower people to take control of their health.</span></p><p></p><p><span>As a HRBP, you will bridge the gap between business goals and people initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You will navigate the complexities of healthcare regulations while fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.</span></p><p></p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><p>Strategic Advisory:<span> Partner with senior leadership in our Lab and Corporate divisions to design and execute people strategies that align with long-term business objectives.</span></p></li><li><p>Organizational Design:<span> Consult on team structures, succession planning, and workforce scaling to ensure we have the right talent in the right seats as we grow.</span></p></li><li><p>Complex Employee Relations:<span> Lead and resolve high-level employee relations matters, conducting thorough investigations and providing coaching to managers to foster a healthy, compliant work environment.</span></p></li><li><p>Performance &amp; Talent Management:<span> Drive the annual performance cycle, compensation reviews, and talent development initiatives to identify and nurture our future leaders.</span></p></li><li><p>Regulatory &amp; Lab Compliance:<span> Ensure all people practices meet the rigorous standards of the healthcare industry, including federal, state, and local employment laws across various US jurisdictions.</span></p></li><li><p>Data-Driven Insights:<span> Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount) to identify trends and provide proactive solutions to the executive team.</span></p></li><li><p>Culture &amp; Engagement:<span> Act as a champion for the LetsGetChecked culture, ensuring our values are integrated into the employee lifecycle and driving initiatives that improve retention and morale.</span></p></li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience:<span> 7&#43; years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3&#43; years in a dedicated HRBP or HR Leadership role. Experience in </span>High-Growth Tech<span> or </span>Healthcare/Life Sciences<span> is highly preferred.</span></p></li><li><p>Geographic Expertise: <span>Deep, working knowledge of complex multi-state US employment law is mandatory.</span></p></li><li><p>Business Acumen:<span> You understand how a global healthcare company operates. You can speak the language of the business and translate it into HR deliverables.</span></p></li><li><p>Communication:<span> Exceptional interpersonal skills; you are comfortable challenging senior leaders and influencing decision-making at the executive level.</span></p></li><li><p>Agility:<span> Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, &#34;builder&#34; environment where you are comfortable with ambiguity and pivot quickly as the business evolves.</span></p></li></ul><h1><br /><br /><b>Additional Information</b><br /> </h1><p><span>Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds.
