    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing system level technical support to the U.S. Navy's Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Family of Systems</li>\n <li>Troubleshooting, identifying, recommending resolutions, and performing corrective actions on SSEE Family of Systems</li>\n <li>Providing distance troubleshooting/help desk support (Via Internet Relay Chat Services and E-mail)</li>\n <li>Tracking Casualty Reports (CASREPs) and Distance Support Actions</li>\n <li>Performing Technical Feedback Report (TFBR) reviews for 3M preventive maintenance</li>\n <li>Performing system level testing to accurately validate operational readiness</li>\n <li>Performing Technical Manual (TM) and procedural reviews for technical accuracy and validity</li>\n <li>Performing technical reviews of system training materials for technical accuracy and validity</li>\n <li>Performing System and Installation Drawing reviews for technical accuracy and validity</li>\n <li>Providing formal shipboard and classroom training to user technicians</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>#LI-LL1</em></p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>The ability to lift equipment greater than thirty pounds (30 lbs) and qualify for health screenings as required by U.S. Navy Safety Programs Afloat is required</li>\n <li>Candidates must be skilled with the proper use of a variety of test equipment including time domain reflectometers, spectrum and vector network analyzers, signal generators, frequency counters, oscilloscopes, and digital multi-meters</li>\n <li>Candidates are expected to possess excellent oral, written, and presentation skills</li>\n <li>Candidates must possess a strong maintenance background, familiarity with Unix/Linux systems troubleshooting, low-level systems administration experience, or Radio Frequency (RF) testing experience\n  <ul>\n   <li>Consideration will be given provided they exhibit the ability to train to the aforementioned responsibilities</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>A minimum of four years of Navy Shipboard Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) system maintenance, or equivalent experience is required</li>\n <li>Shipboard systems may include but are not limited to Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment E/F, Cooperative Outboard Logistics Upgrade (COBLU), COMBAT Direction Finding (CDF), Classic Troll, Integrated Submarine Communications Receiving System (ISCRS), and Cryptologic Carry-On Program (CCOP) systems like Advanced Cryptologic Carry-On Exploitation Equipment (ACCES), Hostile Forces Integrated Targeting Service (HITS), STINGRAY, DRT, or BLUESTREAM</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Navy CTM \"A\" and CTM \"C\" schools are preferred but not required if the candidate has relevant/documented On-the-Job Training (OJT) experience</li>\n <li>8-10 years of technical experience is preferred  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Clearance Information</h2>\n<p><strong>SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL</strong></p>\n<h2>Travel Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>25% travel may be required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p>Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
