Schedules and assigns work to individuals and inspects work upon completion. %0A Tours and inspects areas for quality of work performed. %0A Inspects housekeeping equipment for wear, tear and replacement. - %0A Instructs personnel in use of new equipment, cleaning techniques and cleaning agents. %0A Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and oversees replacement. %0A Coordinates repair and remodeling projects with Engineering Division. %0A Assumes management responsibility in absence of Operations Manager. %0A Supervises employees directly, including selection, training, performance appraisal and work allocation. %0A Plans, organizes, and directs functions and activities of Environmental Services Division to comply with regulatory require- ments. %0A Performs other related duties assigned or requested. %0A SECURITY AND EEO STATEMENT Security This position is security-sensitive and subject to Texas Education Code 51.215, which authorizes UT Southwestern to obtain criminal history record information.
