We have an exciting opportunity for you.</p><p>We are looking for a motivated, curious, and proactive individual who wants to develop their expertise in Health &amp; Safety while actively contributing to prevention initiatives and employee safety across our Saint-Hubert and Chambly sites.</p><p>You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, people-oriented, and operational environment.</p><p>Your Day-to-Day: Learning in the Field</p><p>In this role, you will be actively present within operations on a daily basis, supporting teams with Health &amp; Safety initiatives and contributing to a safe work environment.</p><p>This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, working closely with people, and developing practical Health &amp; Safety experience in an evolving role.</p><p>Main Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Participate in workplace inspections and prevention activities on the production floor;</li><li>Support teams in applying Health &amp; Safety best practices;</li><li>Assist with the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions;</li><li>Contribute to the organization and follow-up of Health &amp; Safety committee meetings;</li><li>Assist with the administrative management of CNESST and Health &amp; Safety files;</li><li>Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis alongside the H&amp;S team;</li><li>Help prepare and deliver Health &amp; Safety training sessions;</li><li>Participate in internal audits and inspections with guidance and support;</li><li>Ensure Health &amp; Safety documentation remains up to date and organized;</li><li>Support the monitoring of PPE compliance and safety procedures;</li><li>Collaborate with production, HR, and operations teams on various Health &amp; Safety initiatives;</li><li>Travel regularly between the Saint-Hubert and Chambly sites (vehicle required).</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p>To succeed in this role, you should:</p><ul><li>Hold a university degree in Health &amp; Safety, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or another related field;</li><li>Have between 0 and 3 years of experience in Health &amp; Safety or within a manufacturing environment;</li><li>Demonstrate a strong interest in prevention, field work, and continuous improvement;</li><li>Be recognized for your professionalism, attention to detail, and collaborative approach;</li><li>Possess strong communication and teamwork skills;</li><li>Show initiative, autonomy, and willingness to learn;</li><li>Have good analytical and problem-solving abilities;</li><li>Be bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written;</li><li>Be comfortable using standard computer tools including MS Word and MS Excel.</li></ul><p>Assets</p><ul><li>Manufacturing experience;</li><li>Internship or academic experience in Health &amp; Safety;</li><li>Knowledge of Health &amp; Safety legislation and regulations;</li><li>Familiarity with CNESST, OSHA, or WSIB regulations.</li></ul><p>Key Competencies</p><ul><li>Strong interpersonal skills;</li><li>Ability to build positive working relationships;</li><li>Good listening skills and a hands-on approach;</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;</li><li>Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.</li></ul>",
