They will be responsible for two core areas, charging management and vehicle logistics. They will be plugging in and monitoring electric vehicles, ensuring optimal charging, and repositioning vehicles throughout the site based on operational needs. </p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:  </p><ul><li><p>Plug EVs into chargers and manage vehicle organization, while monitoring charge levels. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Organize vehicles so that uncharged cars are ready to be connected as soon as a vehicle completes charging. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Navigate the vehicles throughout the lot to charging stations, and to their designated zones for dispatch. </p></li></ul><p>Additional Duties:  </p><ul><li><p>Report any maintenance needs or mechanical issues promptly. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding vehicle status and any delays. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Help maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicles. </p></li></ul><p>General Skills & Qualifications: </p><ul><li><p>Strong communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase the ability to take initiative, value collaboration, and become highly adaptable. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Must be highly organized with a focus on workflow structure. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Be able to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance as needed. </p></li></ul><p>Benefits: </p><ul><li><p>Medical, dental, and vision benefits. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Paid time off, Sick Time, and Holiday Pay where eligible. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Eligibility for Perkspot program. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Access to AD&D Insurance. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>$40 personal phone reimbursement eligibility depending on position will be issued monthly.  </p></li></ul><p>Additional Information: </p><ul><li><p>This outline is not intended to be all-inclusive of employee duties and responsibilities as they may change at the discretion of TowerMobility. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>The hourly wage for this position is $20.00. </p></li></ul><p>It is the policy of TowerMobility to provide equal employment opportunities to all applications without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender, pregnancy status, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, citizenship, age ancestry, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, registered domestic partner status, reproductive health care decision make, military or veteran status or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
