    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>OCI is scaling rapidly, expanding our global data center footprint and accelerating delivery of GPU capacity.<br>\n  We are hiring an IC5 Technical Program Manager on a central execution team that owns end-to-end<br>\n  delivery from construction start through commissioning and GPU/cluster handover to operations.<br>\n  In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional infrastructure programs spanning construction,<br>\n  facilities, network, hardware, power/thermal, security, supply chain, and operations. The TPM will drive<br>\n  discipline,&nbsp;transparency,&nbsp;and&nbsp;speed&nbsp;through&nbsp;standardized&nbsp;mechanisms&nbsp;(templates,&nbsp;playbooks,<br>\n  dashboards), single-source-of-truth schedules anchored to Need-By-Dates (NBD), SLA-based execution,<br>\n  and end-to-end risk visibility across all workstreams and regions.
