This position emphasizes conducting comprehensive, standardized evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. The successful candidate will manage a consistent caseload, meet defined billing and client service targets, and contribute to high-quality, efficient assessment services within a collaborative clinical environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments across the lifespan using standardized batteries (e.g., cognitive, academic, neuropsychological, behavioral, and personality measures).</span></li>\n<li><span>Administer, score, and interpret assessments for diagnostic clarification (e.g., ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders).</span></li>\n<li><span>Produce clear, concise, and integrative psychological reports within established turnaround timelines.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide feedback sessions to clients and/or caregivers, translating findings into practical recommendations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain a steady caseload aligned with practice expectations for billable services and client throughput.</span></li>\n<li><span>Meet or exceed established billing targets, including assessment hours, report writing time, and feedback sessions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with other clinicians, referral sources, and external professionals (e.g., schools, physicians).</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and practice standards.</span></li>\n<li><span>Contribute to practice growth through strong client care, retention, and professional reputation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Compentencies:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Efficiency and time management in a productivity-driven environment</span></li>\n<li><span>High attention to detail and accuracy in test administration and reporting</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Clinical integrity and ethical practice</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to balance quality care with productivity expectations</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
