Description
The GM SMB Gateways team drives scalable growth across small and mid-sized manufacturers through a one‑to‑many and one-to-one engagement model, focused on client success, targeted outreach, and revenue expansion within Gateway-only clients.
• This role plays a critical part in owning client success and commercial outcomes across the General Merchandise (GM) Small/Medium Business (SMB) portfolio, combining consultative selling, proactive retention, and solution expansion to maximize client value and long-term growth.
• Manage the GM mailbox to identify prospecting and growth opportunities, respond to client inquiries, and diagnose client-facing issues by partnering with internal teams for resolution.
