    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>A wonderful family of 4, soon to be 5, in the Presidio Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, CA, is seeking an experienced full-time housekeeper for their 5,500 sq ft home. The general schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with flexibility. Alternatively, the family will consider part-time for the right candidate. This position is open to local candidates only, please.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Include, but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>General housekeeping, including detailed cleaning and upkeep of the home</li>\n <li>Laundry and garment care</li>\n <li>Making beds and maintaining linens</li>\n <li>Vacuuming and mopping of floors</li>\n <li>Home organization and upkeep of storage areas</li>\n <li>Restocking household supplies</li>\n <li>Running errands as needed</li>\n <li>Maintaining clear and consistent communication with the principals</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Patient, discreet, and emotionally intelligent</li>\n <li>Comfortable working in a household with young children</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear, proactive updates</li>\n <li>Professional, friendly personality</li>\n <li>Trustworthy, dependable, and efficient</li>\n <li>Proactive, organized, and thoughtful</li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize and work autonomously </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience in a similar role</li>\n <li>Knowledge of how to clean various surfaces</li>\n <li>Local to the area and within reasonable commuting distance</li>\n <li>Legal to work in the U.S.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<p>The family is offering $60-$65 per hour, commensurate with experience, PTO, and a $400 monthly medical stipend</p>",
