    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Virtual Worker Now (<em>VWN</em>) </span>is hiring now for an immediate start!</p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p>We're currently looking for talented <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Social Media Specialists</span> to join our team, you'll be working closely with our team &amp; clients!</p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Job Description:</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Coming up with a social media strategy for a brand's presence.</li>\r\n<li>Come up with campaign ideas and create a content plan that matches the brand and its tone and identity.</li>\r\n<li>Create a client guide and follow up with the team to quality check and approve and lead the workflow </li>\r\n<li>Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification</li>\r\n<li>Define the most important social media KPIs</li>\r\n<li>Manage and oversee social media content</li>\r\n<li>Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns</li>\r\n<li>Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies</li>\r\n<li>Use social media marketing tools</li>\r\n<li>Plan, create, publish and share new content on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.</li>\r\n<li>Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Job Requirements:</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Bachelor's Degree.</li>\r\n<li>1 - 3 Years of Experience.</li>\r\n<li>Portfolio of previous work or projects</li>\r\n<li>Fluency in English.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Work From Home</span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">PM Shifts (5 PM - 2 AM)</span></p>",
