For our location in Breda, Netherlands, we are looking for you as a
Manager Customer Service (m/f/d)
Plan and build the future with us – your future!
Your Tasks
Active customer relationship management (regular visits) maintain the current and convince new customers
Promote and develop new services
Ensure the timely support regarding technical issues and parts inquiries
Management and further development of the local service team
Implementation and continuous improvement of safety standards (SMS) as well as increasing safety awareness
Ensuring quality requirements and ISO compliance through appropriate measures
Ensuring the provision and evaluation of reports for tracking all relevant KPIs (customer support, sales, margins, efficiency)
Optimizing administrative processes (orders, invoices, payments) in compliance with legal and internal requirements
Handling of legal and warranty cases
Your Qualification
Completed training or studies in a technical field (preferably service tech history, construction, agriculture)
Very good technical understanding, ideally product-specific knowledge in the field of mobile cranes
Experience in employee management and in setting up or expanding an organization
Business fluent Dutch and good English skills
