    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>A busy, active Brooklyn household of four is seeking a seasoned housekeeper to join its team. The home has two children, both of whom have nannies. The role will be Monday through Friday, and the exact hours are flexible. This home has a rooftop garden, and you will be responsible for it as well. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Daily and weekly responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proactive ownership of cleaning the home- the homeowner wants someone who can take responsibility for creating and maintaining a cleaning schedule. They do not want to micromanage day-to-day tasks.\n  <ul>\n   <li>Examples include routine deep-cleaning tasks (e.g., kitchen deep cleans, window screen cleaning, seasonal maintenance).</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>The expectation is that the housekeeper notices what needs attention and plans accordingly.</li>\n <li>Laundry and household management\n  <ul>\n   <li>Laundry is a significant part of the role, including family laundry, folding and organizing, dry-cleaning logistics (drop-off/pick-up, and scheduling)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Outdoor space maintenance- rooftop garden </li>\n <li>Oversee inventory </li>\n <li>Making beds </li>\n <li>General tidying up in common areas </li>\n <li>Keep the kitchen tidy, including loading and unloading the dishwasher and taking out the trash</li>\n <li>Maintaining organization/figuring out new systems when needed </li>\n <li>Coordinate effectively with vendors, staff, and principals within a busy family environment </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Self-directed and proactive</li>\n <li>Organized and detail-oriented</li>\n <li>Experienced with household systems and schedules</li>\n <li>Comfortable working in a staffed household</li>\n <li>Strong communicator</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to handle both housekeeping and light household-management responsibilities</li>\n <li>Experienced with laundry and garment care</li>\n <li>The housekeeper must be comfortable working around other household staff and family members.</li>\n <li>Good communication skills are important for coordinating schedules and tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>DOE pay ranges from $40-50 per hour </li>\n <li>Health stipend</li>\n <li>PTO</li>\n</ul>",
