    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Brainspring is hiring a Store Manager to lead warehouse operations, inventory, online sales, fulfillment, procurement, and customer order management, with the goal of driving operational excellence and online growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starting, organized problem-solver who can balance day-to-day execution with strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Director of Educator Academy Operations and collaborates closely with the sales team and customers.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Warehouse &amp; Inventory Management</p><p>Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient organization, workflow, and fulfillment.</p><p>Manage inventory levels, monitor stock accuracy, and maintain inventory systems.</p><p>Implement and improve inventory controls and processes to minimize shortages, overstocking, and discrepancies.</p><p>Conduct regular inventory audits, inventory forecasting, and reporting.</p><p>Order Fulfillment &amp; Shipping Operations</p><p>Manage and oversee all online order processing, shipping logistics, and fulfillment activities.</p><p>Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective shipment of customer orders.</p><p>Develop and maintain shipping processes and operational standards.</p><p>Supervise, coach, and manage shipping team members to ensure efficiency, accountability, and productivity.</p><p>Coordinate shipping schedules and proactively resolve fulfillment challenges.</p><p>Procurement &amp; Vendor Management</p><p>Manage purchasing and procurement processes for products and operational needs.</p><p>Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory availability and optimize costs.</p><p>Evaluate vendor relationships and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.</p><p>Online Store, CRM &amp; Client Management</p><p>Manage Brainspring&rsquo;s online store operations and customer purchasing experience.</p><p>Support and manage online clients by providing timely communication and exceptional service.</p><p>Utilize CRM, TMS &amp; LMS systems, including HubSpot and Administrate, to manage customer interactions, track activity, support sales initiatives, and maintain accurate client information.</p><p>Monitor online store performance and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and increase sales.</p><p>Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and operational effectiveness.</p><p>Systems, Reporting &amp; Financial Operations</p><p>Utilize Sage Intacct accounting software to support purchasing, inventory tracking, reporting, and operational workflows.</p><p>Maintain accurate records and documentation across inventory, orders, procurement, and financial processes.</p><p>Use Microsoft Office Suite tools&mdash;including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word&mdash;to create reports, analyze data, manage communication, and support daily operations.</p><p>Develop and monitor operational metrics and provide reporting to leadership as needed.</p><p>Sales Partnership &amp; Growth</p><p>Partner closely with sales team members to support company initiatives and customer needs.</p><p>Maintain responsibility for online sales performance and achievement of assigned sales goals.</p><p>Identify opportunities to grow online revenue and improve sales conversion.</p><p><strong>Qualifications Required</strong></p><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.</p><p>3+ years of experience in warehouse management, retail operations, inventory management, fulfillment, or e-commerce.</p><p>Experience managing teams and leading day-to-day operations.</p><p>Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), accounting systems (Sage Intacct preferred), and e-commerce/order management tools.</p><p>Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, inventory systems, shipping logistics, and customer communication.</p><p><strong>Desired Skills</strong></p><p>High initiative, strong ownership mentality, and self-starter attitude.</p><p>Solution-oriented problem-solver with sharp attention to detail and follow-through.</p><p>Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.</p><p>Collaborative team player who communicates effectively across departments.</p><p>Adaptable and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</p><p><strong>What Success in This Role Looks Like</strong></p><p>Accurate inventory and efficient warehouse operations.</p><p>Timely fulfillment and shipping performance.</p><p>Strong customer satisfaction and support experiences.</p><p>Achievement of online sales goals.</p><p>Effective use of CRM, financial systems, and reporting tools to support operational excellence.</p><p>Continuous improvement in systems, processes, and operational efficiency.</p><p><strong>Work Environment</strong> This job operates in a professional office environment.
