          "text": "<p><strong>This role offers a starting range of $21 to $24 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Ink Maker to work with us. We have a very competitive starting pay&#xa0;plus a shift differential when applicable. If you are looking to start a new career with a stable company that grows its leaders from within, then INX International is the right place for you.&#xa0;The person in this role will tend mills in a safe and efficient manner to grind the raw materials for manufacturing of high-quality printing ink.&#xa0;As an Ink Maker, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Following batch instructions to weight batches,&#xa0;charge and mix inks</li><li>Understanding proper mixing procedures and raw materials</li><li>Monitoring temperature and mix speeds and adjusting as needed</li><li>Following procedures for milling inks, adjusting pump speeds and mill rates</li><li>Following procedures to filter, package and label inks</li><li>Making&#xa0;QC adjustments as instructed</li><li>Weighting quantities of raw materials for use in the manufacturing of high quality printing ink</li><li>Operating&#xa0;one or more mixers in a safe and efficient manner to mix raw materials for the manufacturing of high quality printing ink</li><li>Packaging the finished product</li><li>Operating a forklift</li></ul>",
