Our services cover the majority of the FTSE 100 &amp; 250 respectfully.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position:</span> Governance &amp; Compliance Advisor</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location</span> Crawley (West Sussex) will be required to travel to other sites</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Type:</span> Permanent, full-time</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span> Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary:</span> £31,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending upon experience</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span>: 21 days (plus bank holidays)<span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">; onsite parking; auto enrolment pension scheme; friendly working environment; car and fuel card included</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As our Governance &amp; Compliance Advisor you will:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collate and report on Road Map information for field staff, scanning documents onto individual files. Highlighting when information is required or highlighting non-complaint staff</li>\n<li>Identifying unsafe or non-compliant practices or sites</li>\n<li>Support all staff in maintaining compliance goals as per company policy</li>\n<li>Conduct regular audits and inspections across the Bio resource framework</li>\n<li>Support Health and Safety team in compliance standards</li>\n<li>Aid and support teams on correct procedures and policies</li>\n<li>Be up to date on key legislation which would apply to our industry</li>\n<li>Produce weekly and monthly compliance reports for the relevant department associated with</li>\n<li>Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (RoadMap, Pathway to success, Training)</li>\n<li>Maintain case files on all Damages and complaints within the department associated with, tracking completion and sign off any incidents</li>\n<li>Monitoring sub-contractor compliance</li>\n<li>Ensuring up to date training records for all staff aiding the operations teams</li>\n<li>Delivering compliance training across the bio resourcing division</li>\n<li>Desktop auditing all workstream app management systems that are in place (Big change, Job Watch, Samsara)</li>\n<li>Collate all information in any event scenario to ensure captured on correct and relevant company paperwork</li>\n<li>Collate and report on H+S audits carried out in region</li>\n<li>Collate and report on Tool box talks carried out in region</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>At Lanes Group, we are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
