Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract guests.&nbsp;</p><p>We encourage applicants from all backgrounds and those requiring accommodations to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>This role will be <em>in-person</em> located in our TCH location: Las Colinas</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet guests with excellent customer service and a professional demeanor.</li><li>Efficiently seat players based on waitlist, game availability, and player preferences.</li><li>Maintain an accurate waitlist and provide guests with estimated wait times.</li><li>Answer guest questions about game options, promotions, and Texas Card House policies.</li><li>Promote upcoming tournaments and special events.</li><li>Assist with processing player registration and buy-ins (following all company cash handling procedures).</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized reception area.</li><li>Answer phones, social media inquiries, and other guest requests</li><li>Assist guests with the sale of memberships, merchandise, food, etc.</li><li>Utilize CRM and applicable platforms for data tracking</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (Required)</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a genuine desire to provide excellent service.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency.</li><li>Knowledge of poker (a plus, but not required).</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><ul><li>Casino gaming environment with noise, bright lights, and high-energy atmosphere.</li></ul><p><strong>Shift availability:</strong></p><ul><li>Day shifts</li><li>Evening shifts</li><li>Night shifts</li><li>Weekends/Holidays as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>This position is an on-site, in-person role.</li><li>Mobility/Endurance: Requires working shifts that can last several hours with prolonged periods of repetitive motions, sitting, standing, and walking throughout the facility.</li><li>Vision: The ability to observe multiple poker tables simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Communication: Frequent interaction with guests, requiring clear communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Environment: Comfort working in a loud, busy environment with background noise from the poker games.</li><li>Dexterity: Needed to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.</li><li>Vision: Ability to monitor the games and respond to guest needs.</li><li>Hearing: Ability to monitor the games and address guest needs.</li><li>Flexibility to work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the operational needs of the poker room.</li><li><strong>Reasonable Accommodations</strong>: TCH will provide reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the role.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><ul><li>Job Type: Part-time / Full-time</li><li>Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week</li><li>Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Medical Insurance (**Available to Full-Time Employees only)</li><li>Dental &amp; Vision Insurance</li><li>Employee Discounts (Gym, Food, Merchandise, and more!)</li><li>Flexible Schedules</li></ul><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></p><p>Texas Card House is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer with a global culture that embraces diversity.
