b Description Forklift Operator / Order Puller FLSA: Hourly/Non – Exempt Revision Date: 3/3/2021 Purpose of position: Under general supervision, Forklift Operator / Order Puller / Warehouse Worker that can safely operate a 4D Raymond, Pull Orders, Bundle Orders and Load Trucks. Duties and Responsibilities: The following duties are typical of those performed by employees in this job title; however, employees may perform other related duties, and not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each employee in the job title: Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas Pick multi line orders Wrap orders Staging and loading orders onto trucks Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs Qualifications: Operate a standup four Directional Raymond forklift. Be able to read, write and communicate in English effectively. Perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Read a tape measure Be able to stand for extensive periods of time. Be able to bend over, reach upwards or outwards, twist, turn around and climb up. Be able to perform job tasks repetitiously at a very fast pace. Be able to maintain regular, predictable attendance. Be able to lift heavy objects, 50 – 100 lbs. with and without assistance. Be able to work Monday thru Friday, 7am to 4pm. EMS is committed to providing a clean work environment with masks, hand sanitizer, and gloves.
