We’re looking for a <strong>Lead Mechanical Technician – Manufacturing & Installation</strong> to take charge of custom mechanical projects from concept to completion. In this role, you'll lead by example—working side-by-side with your team while coordinating efforts with engineers and project managers to build everything from electromechanical equipment and robotics to custom structures and workstations. You'll split your time between our shop and customer sites, tackling a wide variety of projects that keep things interesting and challenge your skills. This position requires strong mechanical expertise, a passion for quality work, and the flexibility to travel and put in extra hours when needed.
