    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular site visits to company facilities to assess HSE performance, provide guidance, and support continuous improvement. Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation. Deliver HSE training and educational sessions to employees and contractors. Perform risk assessments and recommend effective risk mitigation strategies. Participate in audits, inspections, and internal/external compliance reviews. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities, incidents, and corrective actions. Collaborate with site managers and cross-functional teams to implement safety initiatives and promote a positive HSE culture. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for HSE-related topics, providing practical advice and solutions.
