Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience), 3–5 years of automotive quality experience, strong knowledge of IATF 16949/ISO 9001 standards, and experience with quality tools such as SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, and root cause analysis methodologies.",
