This position will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and support executive leadership with data-driven insights. The role requires deep technical accounting expertise, public company reporting experience, and the ability to manage complex, multi-entity financial environments.</p><p data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"990\"><strong data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"990\">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"2232\"><li data-section-id=\"1rsz2pj\" data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1079\">Lead quarterly and annual financial reporting, including SEC filings and disclosures</li><li data-section-id=\"ezofip\" data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1184\">Oversee technical accounting matters and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable regulations</li><li data-section-id=\"db87ba\" data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1316\">Support earnings call preparation, including script development in coordination with executive leadership and external partners</li><li data-section-id=\"1x83c1m\" data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1384\">Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes</li><li data-section-id=\"t7o1t6\" data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1475\">Review and approve journal entries, including oversight of accounting close activities</li><li data-section-id=\"em5qe9\" data-start=\"1476\" data-end=\"1578\">Oversee bank account administration, including access controls, maintenance, and payment approvals</li><li data-section-id=\"1u5ci9i\" data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1679\">Ensure compliance with debt agreements, including senior notes reporting and covenant monitoring</li><li data-section-id=\"1llf3h\" data-start=\"1680\" data-end=\"1766\">Supervise intercompany transactions and ensure proper reconciliation and reporting</li><li data-section-id=\"1k3953t\" data-start=\"1767\" data-end=\"1856\">Oversee accounts payable processes, including invoice approvals and payment workflows</li><li data-section-id=\"vgzse9\" data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"1939\">Manage commission calculations, including DIGIDEA and other incentive programs</li><li data-section-id=\"v7tcva\" data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"2032\">Provide oversight of digital accounting operations and controller-level responsibilities</li><li data-section-id=\"11ykjkg\" data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2095\">Review OTC verifications and annual reporting requirements</li><li data-section-id=\"13oyg4m\" data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2145\">Support internal and external audit processes</li><li data-section-id=\"u2i8jg\" data-start=\"2146\" data-end=\"2232\">Respond to ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from senior leadership</li></ul><p data-start=\"2234\" data-end=\"2269\"><strong data-start=\"2234\" data-end=\"2269\">Operational Oversight Includes:</strong></p><ul data-start=\"2270\" data-end=\"2478\"><li data-section-id=\"1y8942v\" data-start=\"2270\" data-end=\"2344\">SOIBDA forecasting support (in coordination with FP&amp;A leadership)</li><li data-section-id=\"5tjsuf\" data-start=\"2345\" data-end=\"2378\">Houston progression reporting</li><li data-section-id=\"11sk8mw\" data-start=\"2379\" data-end=\"2428\">Intercompany covenant tracking and compliance</li><li data-section-id=\"zd3ygz\" data-start=\"2429\" data-end=\"2478\">SAP or ERP system-related financial processes</li></ul><p data-start=\"2480\" data-end=\"2499\"><strong data-start=\"2480\" data-end=\"2499\">Qualifications:</strong></p><ul data-start=\"2500\" data-end=\"2926\"><li data-section-id=\"10p1bp6\" data-start=\"2500\" data-end=\"2579\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred</li><li data-section-id=\"1wei4bs\" data-start=\"2580\" data-end=\"2673\">10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including public company exposure</li><li data-section-id=\"u94opt\" data-start=\"2674\" data-end=\"2725\">Strong knowledge of SEC reporting and U.S. GAAP</li><li data-section-id=\"tcloug\" data-start=\"2726\" data-end=\"2812\">Experience with multi-entity consolidations and international operations preferred</li><li data-section-id=\"1898yze\" data-start=\"2813\" data-end=\"2865\">Proven leadership and team management experience</li><li data-section-id=\"ldssgg\" data-start=\"2866\" data-end=\"2926\">Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (SAP preferred)</li></ul></div>\n",
