The ideal candidate excels in agile methodologies, communicates effectively, and thinks strategically in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> In this role, you will partner with engineering, marketing, operations, and risk teams to launch scalable products and features that enhance customer experience. Responsibilities include developing consumer-facing features and internal tools, collaborating with engineering teams, executing strategy and roadmaps, defining requirements, prioritizing backlog items, and iterating on products and features.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Product Vision & Roadmap</strong>: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Backlog Management</strong>: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>User Story Writing</strong>: Craft high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria that reflect customer needs and technical feasibility.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Requirements Gathering</strong>: Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to gather and refine functional and non-functional requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Data Requirements & Specifications: </strong>Translate business, regulatory, and analytical needs into clear, actionable data requirements, defining data definitions, source‑of‑truth systems, quality standards, and acceptance criteria across data capture, transformation, and reporting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Agile Leadership</strong>: Act as the voice of the customer in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong>: Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure alignment and transparency.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Facilitate UAT</strong>: Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing by ensuring test scenarios align with business requirements and that feedback is captured and addressed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Feature Rollout & Piloting</strong>: Work closely with stakeholders to plan, pilot, and roll out new software features, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable impact.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong>: Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve features and workflows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in an agile software development environment.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.</li>\n <li>Exceptional ability to write clear, concise, and actionable user stories.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success in gathering and translating requirements into technical deliverables.</li>\n <li>Strong familiarity of data concepts, including data modeling, metrics, and analytics workflows</li>\n <li>Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation and analysis.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.</li>\n <li>Experience working with financial products and services, including regulatory and compliance considerations.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with data governance, regulatory reporting, and compliance considerations.</li>\n <li>Experience working closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, or Data Science teams.</li>\n <li>Certification in product management or equivalent.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A dynamic and inclusive work environment.</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li>\n <li>Competitive compensation and benefits package</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Base Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 USD</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average.
