Responsibilities Product Vision & Roadmap : Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals. Backlog Management : Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development. User Story Writing : Craft high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria that reflect customer needs and technical feasibility. Requirements Gathering : Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to gather and refine functional and non-functional requirements. Data Requirements & Specifications: Translate business, regulatory, and analytical needs into clear, actionable data requirements, defining data definitions, source‑of‑truth systems, quality standards, and acceptance criteria across data capture, transformation, and reporting. Agile Leadership : Act as the voice of the customer in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Facilitate UAT : Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing by ensuring test scenarios align with business requirements and that feedback is captured and addressed. Feature Rollout & Piloting : Work closely with stakeholders to plan, pilot, and roll out new software features, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable impact. Continuous Improvement : Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve features and workflows. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in an agile software development environment. Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management. Exceptional ability to write clear, concise, and actionable user stories. Strong familiarity of data concepts, including data modeling, metrics, and analytics workflows Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
