This role helps create a welcoming, safe, and well-organized environment that supports youth development and member engagement in alignment with the YMCA’s mission and core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Set up and break down gymnastics equipment (mats, beams, bars, vault, floor systems) for classes, practices and special events&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all equipment is properly assembled, stable and meets YMCA safety standards prior to use&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct visual safety checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain clean, organized and accessible storage areas&nbsp;</li><li>Support gymnastics meets, special events and community programs with additional setup needs&nbsp;</li><li>Follow all YMCA policies and procedures, including risk management and safety protocols&nbsp;</li><li>Model YMCA core values in all interactions with staff, members, and participants&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p>",
