Remove snow from sidewalks and access areas by pushing a shovel or other hand operated tools</li>\n <li>Responsible for routine building maintenance and performing inspections of facilities and equipment</li>\n <li>Use cleaning fluids and materials such as washing solutions, oil-zorb, soap, waxes, etc., and equipment such as mops, scrub brushes, brooms, scrapers, squeegees, wringer pails and vacuum cleaners</li>\n <li>Operate mechanized cleaning and floor surfacing machines and equipment: loading, unloading, dumping and racking operations to pick-up, haul, and dispose of refuse, drums of used oil, empty barrels, etc.; moving and transferring furniture, fixtures, office equipment and materials</li>\n <li>Completes forms connected with work assignments according to established procedures </li>\n <li>Working in all types of variable weather elements and in some instances may be required to accomplish work assignments within narrow time constraints</li>\n <li>Must be able to perform all duties under sometimes stressful conditions beyond the employee's control</li>\n <li>Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#envoyGSE</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Who are we looking for?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum age of 18</li>\n <li>High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent</li>\n <li>Twelve (12) months of current or previous industrial/commercial cleaning experience, preferred</li>\n <li><p>Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role</p></li>\n <li>Willing and able to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off</li>\n <li>Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary</li>\n <li>Possess the legal right to work in the United States</li>\n <li>Collect and dispose of items weighing up to 50 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
