With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><b>Role description:</b></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Arcadis is seeking for Associate BIM Manager who has below skills:-</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sound technical knowledge, academically good.</li>\n <li>Familiar with Canada/US codes, drawing standards and practices related to Civil/ water utility modelling and drawing production.</li>\n <li>Awareness of software used for BIM modelling.</li>\n <li>Good knowledge of, Civil 3D, Revit, Micro station, BIM 360 etc.</li>\n <li>Good knowledge of Microsoft office.</li>\n <li>A strong, self-motivated and assertive person capable of working under pressure.</li>\n <li>Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.</li>\n <li>Flexible to adopt new work /challenge work as per business requirement.</li>\n <li>Compliance of Arcadis business management system.</li>\n <li>Health &amp; Safety Management</li>\n <li>Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.</li>\n <li>This role provides Design or redesign of complex models and drawings from general written or verbal specifications from Group Leader.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><b>Role accountabilities:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Owning BIM Technical Delivery and BIM Project Management responsibilities</li>\n <li>Overseeing the work and/or development of multiple colleagues working on complex projects across multiple disciplines</li>\n <li>Manage technical client relationships and contribute to pursuits</li>\n <li>Independent technical review for projects of moderate complexity</li>\n <li>Guide regional team/ clients through the BIM process and provide alternative solutions as required</li>\n <li>Engaging in global activities and lead team members for the same</li>\n <li>Mentor junior staff members</li>\n <li>Develop/ Review plans and budgets for your projects</li>\n <li>Develop BEPs and BIM project workflow criteria for complex projects by carrying out appropriate research.</li>\n <li>Creating a supportive environment and ensure effective task delegation within your team</li>\n <li>Engaging in the creative and innovative development of BIM &amp; Automation and continuous improvement of systems</li>\n <li>Ensuring that reusable data is collated, stored, and shared with teams</li>\n <li>Leading the development of team training plans and make a major contribution to upskilling and training.</li>\n <li>Production and verification of BIM models and civil drawings for complex projects (or components of projects) for Water Civils team.</li>\n <li>Taking responsibility for technical quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/ modifications.</li>\n <li>Proactively engaging with various Arcadis Regional offices/ teams regarding safe design requirements, and flag risks at appropriate levels. Resolving issues and create strong relationships with project colleagues in the regions, evidenced through great feedback.</li>\n <li>Reviewing work and drive the culture of checking and accountability in the team, including interdisciplinary checks</li>\n <li>Ensure the schedule and quality requirements.</li>\n <li>Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.</li>\n <li>Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines to mitigate design challenges.</li>\n <li>Design Health &amp; Safety management for the project works.</li>\n <li>Develop BIM content standards.</li>\n <li>Prepare own discipline model and/or content for BIM Coordination Meetings.</li>\n <li>High level of communication and good writing skills.</li>\n <li>Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation.</li>\n <li>May take the lead on developing some discipline specific BIM modelling content for project.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BE/MTech Civil from a recognized University.</li>\n <li>15+ years’ experience as BIM Modeler</li>\n <li>Experience to work on Canada/ US multidisciplinary projects</li>\n <li>Knowledge on ISO 19650&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Software Expectations:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of BIM tools such as Bentley OpenRoads, MicroStation; Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 etc.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of REVIT®</li>\n <li>AutoCAD – for drawing linkage and cleanup.</li>\n <li>General understanding of interoperability between software used to accomplish own discipline tasks.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated delivery acumen. Experience in civil drawings and BIM models for large scale projects related &nbsp;to,</li>\n</ul>\n<ol>\n <li>Major highways,</li>\n <li>Internal roads,</li>\n <li>Junctions/ Crossroads</li>\n <li>Roundabout</li>\n <li>Driveways</li>\n <li>Parking spaces</li>\n <li>Water and wastewater conveyance systems,</li>\n <li>Pumping stations and other related structures,</li>\n <li>Intakes and outfalls,</li>\n <li>Treatment plants,</li>\n <li>Drainage systems,</li>\n <li>Flood protection facilities,</li>\n</ol>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience of delivering civil drawings and BIM models at all stages from concept through to final project and construction delivery.</li>\n <li>Knowledge/ experience in CANADA/ North American water industry is preferable.</li>\n <li>Produce 2D drawings for new or improved products using industry, departmental and discipline standards.</li>\n <li>Liaison with other team members to produce good design solution as per best design practice.</li>\n <li>Keeping up-to-date with innovations and developments.</li>\n <li>Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
