Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to provide insights and recommendations that enhance financial performance and efficiency. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us. </p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Reviews and analyzes project cost control records to provide technical advice or project control guidance.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversees cost controls reporting and reconciliation of project cost reporting.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Supports integration of Company systems to track, monitor and control costs. Ensures accurate training and utilization of approved systems for cost control and reporting.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>monitors the job cost report against key performance indicators (KPIs).  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates with Division Claims/Contract Manager in tracking and monitoring change order and claims preparation and resolution </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages tracking activities around unsecured revenue and project contingencies.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages tracking of over/under billing to monitor and controls project cash flow  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists project close out procedures by validating final revenue prior to final bill submission. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years’ experience in construction engineering, project management or project controls required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with complex scheduling and cost control processes required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of construction contract agreements and change order processes required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven written and verbal communication skills.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of accounting principles, including construction accounting, required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven leadership and influential skills. Able to effectively work and communicate with all levels of the company.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to identify cost reduction strategies in schedule, quantities or contract specifications that align with project budget and design specification requirements.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Delegation and communication skills required.
