          "text": "<p>CEDA is currently seeking a Journeyman Millwright to join the Mechanical team in a field-based position in Conklin AB.</p><p>This position is open to direct service providers. &#xa0;</p><p><strong>&#xa0;What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li><strong>14x14 shift</strong>&#xa0;schedule and&#xa0;<strong>12 hour days</strong></li><li><strong>Wage of $52.00 per hour</strong></li><li>Excellent benefits, Health Spending account&#xa0;and matching pension contributions starting on your first day!</li><li>All&#xa0;<strong>tooling</strong>&#xa0;required for day to day work is&#xa0;<strong>provided</strong></li><li>Flights provided from main flight hubs.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform routine and preventative maintenance to all rotating and stationary equipment; pumps, cooling fans, compressors and turbines</li><li>Perform pipe strain management using: critical laser flange, optical alignment, dial-indicators, ensuring proper pipe support and thermal indicators</li><li>Execute scopes of work in accordance with Federal and Provincial standards</li><li>Install, dismantle and overhaul facility and field equipment such as pumps, automated and robotic systems, electrical controls, conveyor systems, power tools, hydraulic systems, emissions controls, mechanical clutches, gear boxes, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems</li><li>Repair, fabricate or replace defective machinery components and facilitate follow up testing on repairs</li><li>Assist operations in the start up and shutdown of equipment according to appropriate safety procedures and governing standards on the Conoco Surmont site</li><li>Interpret schematics and read service manuals to determine work procedures</li><li>Interpret schematics and read service manuals to determine work procedures</li><li>Establish and communicate task lists, order parts, and bill of materials required for scopes of work</li><li>Ensure all health, safety and environment practices and paperwork are complete for all day to day activities</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&#xa0;<strong>Role Specifications</strong></p><ul><li>Journeyman Millwright certification required (Red Seal)</li><li>3-5 years’ experience working on a SAGD facility</li><li>Class 5 Driver’s licence required (cannot be a GDL) with a clean 5 year abstract</li><li>Ability to read and understand piping and instrument diagrams</li><li>Ability to complete a pre-employment drug &amp; alcohol test</li><li>Perform physically demanding work including climbing multiple flights of stairs and carrying equipment (able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis)</li></ul><ul><li>The following tickets are required:<ul><li>H2S Alive</li><li>CSO certification or CSTS2020</li><li>Standard First Aid</li><li>Confined Space – Entry &amp; Monitor</li></ul></li></ul>",
