This role offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of public company clients across dynamic and fast-growing industries. If you’re curious, adaptable, and eager to deepen your technical expertise while taking on increasing responsibility, this role offers a front-row seat to some of the most exciting work in the market.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p>No two days look the same, but your core responsibilities will include:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading all phases of audit engagements—from planning and execution through to completion—across a diverse portfolio of clients</li>\n<li>Preparing clear, accurate audit documentation in accordance with firm methodology and professional standards</li>\n<li>Researching and resolving complex accounting and financial reporting issues, including the practical application of IFRS, US GAAP, and auditing standards</li>\n<li>Acting as a key point of contact for clients, proactively identifying issues and delivering thoughtful, value-added recommendations</li>\n<li>Mentoring and supporting junior team members while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality audit services</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What You’ll Bring</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p>You’re more than your credentials—you’re collaborative, detail-oriented, and ready to grow. Ideally, you bring:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, plus a CPA designation (or CFE completion with active progress toward designation)</li>\n<li>2–3 years of public practice audit and accounting experience, with meaningful exposure to client engagements</li>\n<li>A solid working knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards, with the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with comfort managing multiple priorities using tools such as Caseware, MS Office, and emerging technologies</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What’s in It for You?</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p>At Davidson, we believe great work deserves great rewards.
