We are looking for applicants, whom would report to HR Team Leader, that has proven a track record in acquiring talent for a wide variety of positions in IT Service Companies around the Globe. While this role has a remote (work from home) set up where the successful candidate can be based out of any location worldwide, he / she is required to consider a relocation to the TRT office in Clark, Philippines within the following 12-24 months if this request is received from the Management. The opportunity lies for the successful applicant if able to show competency in the first 6-24 months that opportunities will be open for the applicant to go to either Singapore, the Philippines (HQ) or the United States. Assignments will be made on a case by case basis depending on need and capabilities of the applicant.<br> <br>Recruiting in TRT is a contact sport, where without contact, quality talent acquisition is not possible. At TRT, we work under a constant state of Code R.E.D (Recruiting Every Day), the process of recruiting is never finished as we always looking for the best, efficient talent in the market.<br> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Primary Workflow:</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Development and Executing recruiting plans for Business Development business unit(s).</li>\r\n<li>Coordinating and Implementing recruitment initiatives in over 14 Countries.</li>\r\n<li>Administrative duties and record keeping with the Finance Department.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Required Deliverables:</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Coordinating with TRT Leaders to create job descriptions for various positions.</li>\r\n<li>Developing recruitment and interview plans.</li>\r\n<li>Efficiently and Effectively fill open positions.</li>\r\n<li>Taking active role(s) in the induction and performance management through probation period.</li>\r\n<li>Developing pool(s) of qualified candidates.</li>\r\n<li>Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment.</li>\r\n<li>Building networks to find qualified passive candidates.</li>\r\n<li>Posting online job advertisements.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Professional Capabilities:</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Minimum 3 years proven track record in successful recruiting global talents</li>\r\n<li>Proven track record must have been developed in an initial “Whitespace/greenfield” environment rather than in the management of an existing network of sources and contacts</li>\r\n<li>Competent to evolve to a stage of implementing global strategies and action plans in acquiring of talent.</li>\r\n</ul>",
