The Branch Manager must manage all aspects of branch sales and service delivery to meet and exceed financial targets (sales, fees, gross profit, and contribution). Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and business leaders in the community as well as local, regional and Corporate management while maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. As business conditions change, the Branch Manager assesses the impact and responds accordingly to ensure maximum profitability and expense management. The Branch Manager is also responsible for selecting, training and developing the branch staff and for monitoring performance to achieve business results by leading the branch staff in business development, service delivery, client satisfaction and retention. Responsible for management of all aspects of recruitment and selection processes. Responsible for overseeing Human Resources including: interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, performance evaluation, payroll processing, and employee relations.</p>\n<h2>External Job Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee all branch operations to achieve financial goals and ensure profitability</li>\n <li>Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and management</li>\n <li>Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of branch staff</li>\n <li>Manage HR functions including hiring, orientation, and employee relations</li>\n <li>Monitor quality systems and manage risks related to compensation and expenses</li>\n <li>Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve branch performance</li>\n <li>Drive sales and marketing efforts, including lead generation, client proposals, and closing deals</li>\n <li>Ensure excellent client service and maintain strong referral relationships</li>\n <li>Develop and execute the branch’s annual business plan</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years supervisory experience required</li>\n <li>1+ years sales or marketing experience in healthcare or related setting preferred</li>\n <li>Experience managing systems, processes, and people</li>\n <li>BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible and after hours as needed</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities</li>\n <li>Problem solver with the ability to handle client and employee issues effectively</li>\n <li>Relationship-builder with a desire to grow business connections</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>\n<p>All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home – all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence.
