This role oversees rebate setup, tracking, reconciliation, reporting, and analysis while partnering closely with Pricing, Sales, Accounting, and Vendor partners.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large sets of data to identify opportunities, resolve discrepancies, and provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Deliver a positive customer experience by supporting internal and external partners with professionalism and responsiveness&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as the primary point of contact for rebate-related inquiries through the rebates@etnasupply inbox, ensuring timely review and follow-up&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage, organize, track, and reconcile vendor incentive programs including rebates, co-op funds, and vendor-supported promotions&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain vendor rebate programs within the Eclipse ERP Vendor Volume Rebates (VVR) module, including setup, updates, and reconciliation&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Audit rebate payments and credits to ensure accuracy and investigate discrepancies with vendors and internal teams&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze rebate and incentive performance to identify opportunities that improve profitability and maximize rebate recovery&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support forecasting and planning efforts through historical rebate and sales analysis&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with Sales, Pricing, and Vendor Management teams to fully utilize available vendor marketing and co-op program funds&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Administer customer rebate agreements while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Evaluate rebate structures, incentives, vendor programs, and sales performance to provide insight into vendor profitability&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize reporting and analytics tools, including Phocas, to generate meaningful business insights and performance reporting&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain working knowledge of Eclipse and Eterm systems, including Report Writer functionality&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide backup support for Pricing, Cost Updates, and Product Maintenance/PDW functions when needed&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with product file organization and optimization initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and automation&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate effectively across departments to resolve issues and support business operations&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Confidence and professionalism to support and explain pricing or rebate recommendations when needed&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Understanding of basic business and financial concepts&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong mathematical and data analysis skills&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with Eclipse ERP preferred&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred; or&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of five years of related experience and training; or&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience</li></ul>\n",
