    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Basic Function and Overview:&nbsp;</u> &nbsp;</strong>Our&nbsp;shuttle drivers are required to safely transport&nbsp;Saddleback staff from off site employee housing to the resort&nbsp;and back home each day. They are required to greet customers and adhere punctually to the bus schedule.&nbsp;Weekends and holidays are Saddleback&#39;s busiest periods. The ideal candidate will be available during these times.  </p><p><strong><u>Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <em>Duties include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;</em><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provide day and night operations of shuttle service.</li><li>Greet guests and employees and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.</li><li>Obtain and keep an up-to-date Class B Driver&rsquo;s License with passenger and air brake endorsements.</li><li>Adhere to safety rules to ensure safety of guests, employees, and equipment.</li><li>Track and report any problems immediately to property maintenance supervisor and vehicle mechanics.</li><li>Fill out daily paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion. &nbsp;These reports include vehicle inspections, daily driver&rsquo;s log, guest count, and fueling.</li><li>Report any personal driving infractions from regular vehicle or commercial motor vehicle to Supervisor as soon as possible.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Required Skills and Abilities:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to drive in adverse conditions.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Required Education and Experience:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Must have a clean driving record.</li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>CDL preferred but not required.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Physical Demands:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Sit for long periods of time.</li><li>Walk up and down stairs repeatedly.</li><li>Spend prolonged periods of time outside in cold weather.</li></ul><h2><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11px;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily- reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
