This position coordinates maintenance tasks to be timely and fully compliant with safety and environmental regulations, effectively reducing downtime and optimizing equipment performance.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Follow up on work request from various individuals and groups.</li><li>Create work order activities ensuring the proper resources, materials and documentation are available to complete the task safely.</li><li>Forecast and schedule routine maintenance.</li><li>Co-ordinate maintenance activities with front line supervisors.</li><li>Create purchase requisitions, sole source justifications, and stock / non-stock parts request in conjunction with procurement.</li><li>Prepare outage and equipment rebuild plans in coordination with operations, maintenance, and safety groups.</li><li>Prepare schedule and lead weekly planning and outage meetings,.</li><li>Record and distribute schedule, with minutes and action plans.</li><li>Track and maintain asset history.</li><li>Prepares technical documentation including drawings and procedural instruction.</li><li>Ensures work completed or required is efficiently documented.</li><li>Track and manage weekly/monthly planning KPI&rsquo;s.</li><li>Develops major component replacement schedules based on history of equipment and supports the budgeting process.</li><li>Promote continuous improvement in all aspects of the Coeur Silvertip operation.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><u>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Maintenance technician/Technologist, Certified tradesman or a combination of education and work experience.</li><li>Computer literate with specific knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft Office.</li><li>10+ years&rsquo; experience in maintenance discipline with strong knowledge of mobile maintenance.</li><li>5 years of equipment maintenance planning related experience, mining background an asset.</li><li>Cost and budgeting skills.</li><li>Experience in predictive maintenance utilizing oil and vibration analysis and ND testing.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, teamwork and ability to develop and foster strong working relationships.</li><li>Strong sense of integrity, ethics and desire to positively impact the environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills, written and verbal.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Additional Information:</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><ul class=\"decimal_type\"><li>Willing to work a two-week rotation schedule, with 12 hour shifts per day at a remote camp.&nbsp;</li><li>Our current designated marshalling locations are Vancouver, Kelowna, Nanaimo, Calgary, Edmonton, Whitehorse, Teslin, and Watson Lake.&nbsp;</li><li>The base hourly rate of this position is $37.00 to $50.00, complemented by a monthly bonus.&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
