    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Custom Truck One Source (CTOS)</strong> 7906 Baseline Court, Tampa, FL 33637</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday&ndash;Friday, 7:00 AM &ndash; 3:30 PM (overtime as needed)</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>Custom Truck One Source has an immediate opening for a <strong>Yard Attendant</strong> with experience operating light- and heavy-duty trucks and equipment. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized yard and shop, supporting production operations, and transporting equipment as needed.</p><p><br></p><p>A <strong>Class B CDL (or higher)</strong> is required. Most driving is local, typically within one hour of the shop, transporting utility trucks to OEM shops and customer locations approximately 2&ndash;3 days per week. Experience operating a forklift a plus.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred but not required.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Maintain a safe work environment, follow safety protocols, and wear required PPE</li><li>Operate light- and heavy-duty trucks and equipment on-site</li><li>Load and unload equipment for incoming and outgoing drivers</li><li>Verify received products match packing slips and/or purchase orders; enter into system</li><li>Identify and report discrepancies or part swaps</li><li>Stock production areas with truck components</li><li>Perform general yard and shop upkeep (washing equipment, sweeping, trash removal, etc.)</li><li>Check in and document equipment deliveries</li><li>Transport trucks and equipment to off-site locations (paint shop, service facilities, customer sites, etc.)</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old</li><li>Strong work ethic and reliable attendance</li><li>Ability to stay focused and limit personal phone use during work hours</li><li>Willingness to learn and operate commercial vehicles</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and <strong>Class B CDL (or higher)</strong></li><li>Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities</li><li>Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay productive</li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and audiogram</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Primarily outdoor and shop work in various weather conditions</li><li>Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and temperature extremes</li><li>Use of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and carts</li><li>Safety shoes required; additional PPE as needed</li><li>Regular full-time schedule (40+ hours/week) with potential overtime</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Frequent lifting, pushing, or pulling</li><li>Ability to stand and walk on concrete or uneven surfaces for extended periods (8+ hours/day)</li><li>Climbing ladders and equipment (over 10 feet)</li><li>Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling</li><li>Regular use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment controls</li></ul><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer Statement</strong></p><p>Custom Truck One Source is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.</p><p><strong>Please note:</strong> We do not offer sponsorship for work authorization.
