In the area of plants, the company provides total solutions for front-end engineering design (FEED) as well as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC).<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Engineer to join our project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction operations with a strong focus on safety, organization, and effective site management in the U.S. Construction field. This role involves direct supervision of construction activities, workforce coordination, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversees overall site management to maintain a clean and safe construction environment.</li>\n<li>Conduct site organization and housekeeping to ensure each facility and work section remains in proper condition.</li>\n<li>Perform dewatering operations and maintenance to prevent facility flooding during rainy weather.</li>\n<li>Supervise and direct labor works and workforce control.</li>\n<li>Provide comprehensive on-site support for effective project execution and construction management.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local/federal regulations.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth construction progress and issue resolution.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 - 5 years of experience in civil or construction engineering or similar roles</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of construction drawings and construction practices<br></li>\n<li>Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).</li>\n<li>Effective teamwork and communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field</li>\n<li>Experience as a site foreman or field supervisor in the construction field</li>\n<li>Experience working on large-scale building or plant construction projects</li>\n<li>Bilingual in English &amp; Korean or English &amp; Spanish preferred but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Information</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.</li>\n<li>Weekend work may be required depending on the project schedule</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; text-decoration: underline\">Physical Demands</span> </span></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
