Role Overview
As an Account Executive , you will own the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting and qualification through closing and account expansion. You’ll work closely with BDRs and Marketing to generate pipeline, lead complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise manufacturers, and build long-term customer relationships that drive sustained revenue growth.
This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role for a consultative seller who thrives in complex B2B SaaS environments, is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, and enjoys building pipeline as much as closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
Own your pipeline by driving outbound prospecting in partnership with BDR and Marketing teams.
Manage and convert inbound leads, qualifying opportunities and advancing them through the funnel.
Develop account-based strategies for priority prospects within manufacturing and procurement.
Sales Execution & Deal Management
Lead discovery, product demos, and consultative sales conversations tailored to customer needs.
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first meeting through contract close.
Accurately forecast revenue, maintain pipeline hygiene, and consistently meet or exceed quota.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with BDR, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
Provide feedback from the field to inform messaging, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with full-cycle ownership preferred.
Proven ability to prospect, run discovery, close new business, and expand existing accounts.
Experience selling into complex or technical environments; manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain experience is a strong asset.
Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills.
Comfort managing long, multi-threaded sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline data.
