Roles & Responsibilities: Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers Audit and evaluate communication quality, log and address errors; escalation Attend to all customer inquiries promptly and efficiently News, authorization lists and protocols are distributed to the staff through appropriate communication channels Initiative to continuously enhance service quality Execute tasks per checklist and KPIs Initiative for long-term solutions and improvement strategies Maintaining accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
