You will work closely with our engineering, production, and project management teams to ensure that every design is accurate, functional, and manufacturable.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Create and develop accurate 3D models for fabrication using CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit) along with blueprints, sketches, and other design documents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Assure designs are executable and efficient for production.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span> </span></span><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Modify and refine models to meet customer specifications and industry standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Generate detailed 2D drawings, cut lists, and other documentation required for fabrication and assembly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Collaborate with project teams, including engineers and production staff, to resolve any design issues or challenges during the fabrication process.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Participate in project meetings to understand design goals and timelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Maintains the company’s professional image with distributors, vendors, owners, design professionals, and the general public.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Understand clients’ requirements and develop compatible processes to meet those requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Monitor costs and schedule to ensure client’s requirements are met.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Demonstrate fiscal prudency of client’s funds.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">What You Bring (Required Experience)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Electrical and/or specialty systems field experience required and/or job-related experience in 2D and 3D modeling. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">7 years of field and/or technical experience combined.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Advanced understanding of codes: NEC, BICSI, or NICET.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Ability to read and interpret drawings is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Bluebeam, Auto CAD and Revit 3D knowledge is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in creating models and drawings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Must possess the ability to multi-task and work within scheduled deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Tactful in their dealings with people using good customer service and interpersonal skills, communicating effectively with co-workers, managers, and potential outside customers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">High school diploma or equivalent (HSED or GED).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\"> </span><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Bonus Points For (Preferred Experience)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Associate's degree or equivalent experience in CAD design, engineering, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto\">Bonus -
