Our Parts Managers are tasked with leading a team of experts who strive for internal and external customer satisfaction</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Understand, implement and lead by the General RV Core Values.</li>\n <li>Ensure our internal and external customers receive superior service through associates that are product knowledge experts.</li>\n <li>Build a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork and mutual respect. Lead by example.</li>\n <li>Support team member growth and development by supporting a culture of learning. </li>\n <li>Oversee execution of daily operational processes including inventory counts, special order parts and shipping and receiving.</li>\n <li>Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable to those expectations.</li>\n <li>Monitor KPI’s of department and individual team members to meet sales targets.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.</li>\n <li>Goal oriented with a track record for meeting goals.</li>\n <li>Experience in inventory control with daily cycle counts.</li>\n <li>Ability to lead and hold other accountable.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
