Provides technical guidance and training to other employees in the above areas of work.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong><u>Duties include but are not limited to:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Performs maintenance on all HVAC, heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment at any and all Authority facilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Plans, schedules and performs preventive and predictive maintenance and makes repairs, modifications or replacement of HVAC equipment as needed under minimum supervision.</li><li>Performs the daily assessment, short and long term planning, requisitioning, strategic scheduling and installation of new equipment such as advanced control systems, motors, pumps etc. related to the HVAC systems of the Authority.</li><li>Receives, reviews, interprets, prepares, processes and/or transmits a variety of technical information and reports such as maintenance work orders, NEC Codes, electrical, mechanical process schematics, building plans, and preventive/predictive maintenance reports.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains thermal control systems of the Authority&rsquo;s facilities with an understanding of digital control circuits, analog input/output systems, automation control systems, AD/DC circuits, PLC programming, HVAC systems etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs general facility maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, lighting, painting, carpentry, plumbing and landscape irrigation.</li><li>Provides on-the-job training, guidance, and task specific leadership for other maintenance employees.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul start=\"8\" type=\"1\"><li>Performs other related duties as required or directed by supervision within the scope of responsibility.</li></ul><p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p><strong><em>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
