Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p><strong><u>What does River City Casino & Hotel have to offer? </u></strong> </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Day 1 medical, dental, & vision benefits!</li>\n <li>Uber benefit for nearby metro stops.</li>\n <li>Recognition programs with cash rewards, gift cards, & more.</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement, Lindenwood University Discounts, & Diversity Scholarship for Team Member’s children.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>As a <strong>Guest Room Inspector</strong>, you will:</em></p>\n<p><em>Pay: $18.00 per hour | Shift: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm </em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Cleans hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and employee and storage areas in the hotel, as directed.</li>\n <li>Maintains and cleans all equipment used throughout the course of a shift, as directed.</li>\n <li>Maintains proper documentation of all duties accomplished during a working shift, as directed.</li>\n <li>Reports all safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies for proper handling.</li>\n <li>Abides by all security measures.</li>\n <li>Greets all guests throughout shift with the proper salutation and pleasant expression.</li>\n <li>Assists guests with issues that are within authority to provide, ensuring guests' satisfaction while operating within established guidelines and policies.</li>\n <li>Performs all duties in a quiet and orderly manner.</li>\n <li>Assists the House Person with department projects, as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Applicant<strong> must be at least 18 years of age or older. </strong></li>\n <li>Six (6) months of previous cleaning experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Willingness to learn and follow direction.</li>\n <li>Ability to clean as directed at an acceptable performance rate.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.</li>\n <li>Must be able to operate equipment, including but not limited to vacuum cleaners, cleaning supplies, mop, and broom.</li>\n <li>Ability to minimally communicate and understand, in English, matters of mutual concern, such as directions, hazards, or questions; if unable to speak or understand English, prior experience as a Guest Room Attendant required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
