The company’s aggressive sales approach and service quality are the basis for its strong reputation as a valuable leader in the industry. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Description: </span></p>\n<p>HMD Trucking Inc. is looking for two Roadside Assistants who want to contribute to a successful team that embraces innovation and be part of an industry leading organization that consistently sets new standards.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desirable Experience:</span></p>\n<p>- Previous maintenance or breakdown assistance experience.</p>\n<p>- Basic knowledge of tractor, trailer, truck, semi mechanical functions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Description:</span></p>\n<p>- Administrative duties include data entry, daily phone and email communication</p>\n<p>- Responding to incoming calls and handling appropriately</p>\n<p>- Answer calls and accommodate drivers with repairs that truck or trailer needs on the road.</p>\n<p>- Assisting drivers on the road with truck breakdowns over the phone.</p>\n<p>- Organizing on the road assistance with vendors throughout the US</p>\n<p>- Providing coverage for colleagues when needed</p>\n<p>- Various other support functions as assigned</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Hours:<br><br></span></p>\n<span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">1) Work hours: Monday–Friday, 4 PM–11 PM, and Saturday, 7 AM–4 PM CST<br> Local Macedonian Time: </span>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span> Monday–</span><span>Friday:</span></span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>11:</span><span>00 </span><span>PM – </span><span>6:</span><span>00 </span><span>AM (</span><span>next </span><span>day)<br></span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span> Saturday:</span></span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>2:</span><span>00 </span><span>PM – </span><span>11:</span><span>00 </span><span>PM</span></span></p>\n\n<br>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">2) Sunday - Thursday 7AM-4PM.
