We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines, interpret technical drawings, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate for this job will possess a collaborative spirit and a commitment to exceeding expectations.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) to produce precision parts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience operating a Haas VF 1 or VF 2  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a clean and organized work area.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">1–3 years of experience operating CNC machinery.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">STAR offers competitive wage and full benefits in an engaging and collaborative work environment.
