You will be responsible for managing and delivering complex programs that ensure compliance with industrial participation requirements while aligning with Honeywell’s strategic objectives. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in contributing to the success of Honeywell's offset and industrial participation initiatives.</p>\n<p><br>\n You will report directly to our Director, Offset &amp; Industrial Participation, and you’ll work out of our Tempe, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.</p>\n<p><br>\n In this role, you will impact the successful execution and enhancement of offset and industrial participation programs specifically identified in Canada, S.
