Responsibilities As our IT Core Delivery Lead / Release Train Engineer (RTE) , you will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of Berkley One’s critical technology initiatives within its core applications value stream. This role is focused on end‑to‑end delivery leadership, flow, alignment, and execution. You will operate as a transformational delivery leader, enabling predictable outcomes while continuously improving how work flows from idea to production. You will partner closely with Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, and Business Leaders to align priorities, manage dependencies, surface risks early, and remove systemic impediments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, can scale Agile practices, and is comfortable acting as the connective tissue across teams, leaders, and vendors. Qualifications What you need to have: 3+ years’ experience managing the delivery of technical solutions. 5+ years’ experience in an Information Technology or consulting organization with proven experience partnering with client groups and managing multiple projects and parallel delivery streams. Excellent Project Management skills, including planning, scoping, resource allocation and project tracking. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Experience with Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) methodologies. Insurance industry experience, personal lines preferred. Exceptional communication skills.
