Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills; able to build trust and maintain professional boundaries with residents and colleagues. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with databases or cloud-based systems (e.g., Salesforce). Adept at collecting, analyzing, and using data to inform practice and program decisions. Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree in a behavioral science field (social work, counseling, psychology, or related discipline). Licensure in Washington State as LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC. At least two (2) years of experience providing clinical services to adults experiencing homelessness, serious mental illness, and/or substance use disorders, or providing behavioral health services to adults. Demonstrated experience providing clinical services within harm reduction and voluntary service models. Experience delivering behavioral health and case management services to individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability, particularly those with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions. Familiarity with supportive housing models and the King County behavioral health system.
