The best part is that you can set your own schedule 30 to 60 days in advance.</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This opportunity is available in the Elgin, TX area**</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll be doing:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Checking out single-family homes and noting their condition</li>\n<li>Snapping photos and jotting down comments about any issues</li>\n<li>Providing top-notch customer service</li>\n<li>Keeping things confidential</li>\n<li>Getting your hands dirty: carrying ladders, swapping smoke alarms and air filters, fixing door stops, etc.</li>\n<li>Working solo while following company rules</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we're looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n<li>Valid Driver's License &amp; insurance coverage</li>\n<li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly folks</li>\n<li>Your own insured vehicle - you'll need to use it for work</li>\n<li>Willingness to drive at least 30 miles from your zip code</li>\n<li>Ability to fit a 4 ft. ladder in your car</li>\n<li>Comfortable using ladders and basic tools</li>\n<li>Tech-savvy (familiar with iPads or iPhones)</li>\n<li>OK with working outdoors in various conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Don't worry, we'll train the right person</span></p>",
