Support the Property Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks Provide exceptional service to residents and prospective residents Assist with leasing, tours, move-ins, and move-outs Track rent payments, deposits, and fees; follow up on delinquent accounts Coordinate unit turns, inspections, and maintenance requests Maintain accurate records in property management systems Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist vendors as needed Contribute ideas to marketing, resident retention, and outreach efforts What You’ll Bring
