A collaborative team that demonstrates a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. The team values those who are hardworking, open to learning and receptive to feedback, regardless of their experience level. We prioritize individuals who are eager to contribute and grow with us, fostering an inclusive environment for everyone. </p>\n<h2>Work Environment</h2>\n<p>This position is a full-time position working in a shop environment. </p>\n<h2>A Day in The Life</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>General maintenance and organization</li>\n <li>Wash equipment that returns from the field</li>\n <li>General maintenance of shop tools, equipment, and vehicles</li>\n <li>Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or using a hand truck.</li>\n <li>Load / Unload trucks for maintenance and delivering supplies.</li>\n <li>General service/maintenance work may require operating automated machinery and various power/hand tools.</li>\n <li>Inspect all assembly parts and report defective material or questionable component conditions to management.</li>\n <li>Assist the Facility Supervisor.</li>\n <li>Assist with special projects and cover for multiple positions when staffing levels are low/production or operating demands are accelerated.</li>\n <li>General housekeeping of the facility</li>\n <li>Other general labor duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills, Experience & Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Grade 12 or GED</li>\n <li>Previous washing or shop labourer experience</li>\n <li>Previous Forklift/front-end loader/ Crane experience would be considered an asset.</li>\n <li>Supply drivers abstract with the ability and willingness to obtain a CDL</li>\n <li>Ability to stand, climb, bend, and lift up to 100lbs for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Strong commitment to health, safety, environment and customer service</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and demonstrates the ability to perform the job productively, effectively, and efficiently under tight deadlines.</li>\n <li>Must have positive communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What's in it for you</h2>\n<p>At SECURE, we focus on opportunities for growth and improvement for our employees, our customers, our partners, and the communities we operate in.
