    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Direct Support Professional (DSP)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Status:</strong> Full-time, 30+ hours per week </li>\n <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday- Friday 8:30 am- 3:30 pm </li>\n <li><strong>Location:</strong> Mechanicsburg</li>\n <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $16.50 per hour, up to $17.25 per hour with NADSP DSP certification(s)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong><em>Entry level, training provided</em></strong></li>\n <li><strong>A valid driver’s license and 6 months driving experience</strong></li>\n <li><strong>18 years of age</strong></li>\n <li>Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand the English language</li>\n <li><em>Preferred:</em> Previous Personal Care Aide, Caregiver, Direct Support Professional (DSP), or Direct Care Worker experience</li>\n <li><em>Preferred:</em> Knowledge of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>As a DSP (Direct Support Professional) in Community Participation Supports, </strong>you’ll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections.
